Ayurveda is a fascinating system of healing the goes back thousands of years. It shares a common language with Yoga and is a close relative of it. This course is for anyone who is interested in the basic principles of Ayurveda, why it such a useful and powerful system and how it is applied in today’s modern world. It is useful for gaining a deeper understanding of the nature of life because it is in fact translated as the “œscience of life”.
