I am excited to announce the launch of the AYURVEDIC YOGA THERAPY Module Level 1, accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga. This exciting 8 day course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to Yoga Therapy from an Ayurvedic perspective. It is ideal for Yoga teachers wishing to introduce Ayurvedic concepts into their teaching; for Yoga Therapy practitioners wishing to apply Ayurveda to their work and for general Yoga practitioners who are interested in Ayurveda.
The course will cover the Basic principles of Ayurveda and apply those principles to a wide range of practices used in the teaching of Yoga today. Those practices include Postures, Breathing techniques, Meditation techniques and more.
A broad range of conditions will be covered including Back pain, Arthritis, Skin problems, Digestive problems, Stress related problems and more.
