Yoga Classes

I run a General class at Sobell Leisure Centre on Tuesdays which is welcome to everyone!

I usually follow a similar sequence so people can memorize it and practice at home. Each week I develop a theme which may be anatomical, physiological or esoteric in nature. The theme will usually depend on what time of the year it is (e.g. I usually go over all the basic postures groups at the start of each term), what the weather is like (e.g. I will teach using Ayurvedic principles depending on the weather) and what mood I’m in!!

I also teach Yoga in general and therapeutically on a one to one basis at the Helios Centre on Mondays and at my home clinic in Bounds Green on Mondays and Tuesdays

I also offer Yoga to organisations and on a one to one basis at £75.00 for a minimum of 90 minute class if I come to you or £40 per hour if you come to my home clinic in North London. Concession available at certain times. Call or email me to find out if I can help you.
