The classes will be a mixture of gentle Asana with some breath work and relaxation and will be based on Ayurvedic themes.

I will be starting a new season of online yoga classes on WEDNESDAY SEPT 14TH 2022 from 10.00-11.30. The classes will be a blend of Asana and Relaxation with a short 5 minute talk on the theme of the class at the beginning.

SIVANANDA YOGA THURSDAY MORNINGS
Sivananda Yoga was the very first tradition I was trained in back in the 1990s. It is an integrated approach to practice and includes the following-

It was developed by Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu Devananda in Rishikesh and is still taught globally today. I was a Sivananda teacher before I joined the BWY and still follow the same approach in my own practice today.
I will be starting a new term of 8 classes from SEPTEMBER 15TH 2022 onwards. on THURSDAYS 0930-1030.
