The classes will be a mixture of gentle Asana with some breath work and relaxation and will be based on Ayurvedic themes.

YOGA NIDRA, PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION CLASS
STARTS THURSDAY FEBRUARY 4TH 7.00PM
This Online class 60 minute class will give you a chance to unwind for the day by relax your body and mind. Half the class will be devoted to the practice of YOGA NIDRA and the second half to a blend of Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation. An ideal time of the year to really turn inwards and explore the riches of your inner world. Each class will be recorded and made available via Google Drive for a limited time.
Classes cost £10.00 each.
