We have created this short programme in response to this growing self reflection. We believe that Yoga and Ayurveda together have lots to offer in such troubled times. In many ways, yoga and ayurveda were developed in response to troubled living in the past. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika states that yoga provides protection from deep suffering much like a tortoise being protected by its own shell. It is a refuge as well as a means to face life with greater strength and resilience.
